Are Smart work and hard work exclusive of each other?
Many people use to ask these questions to me and I am sure you might also be using the same reason to avoid hard work. But my friends please try to understand that don't compromise your dreams just because of your laziness. Yes, I do agree that smart work is better than hard work but you need to understand here is what smart work really is?

Hard work in the right direction is what we call smart work.
If you really want to achieve a peak in whatever field you are working then you cannot avoid working hard. If your goal is true and you are optimistic about it then you cannot avoid working hard.
After all, early mornings and late nights are what it takes to create something unbelievable.
